  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find a suitable resolution. Claims may require supporting information such as photographs or additional documentation.


International Shipping

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.


Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.
